Founded by Valerie Giscard d'Estaing in 1970, Quai d'Orsay Cigars were first introduced as a Regional Edition brand specifically for France. Although the brand was originally created in an attempt to accompany the country's famous french - art de vivre -and  gradually became a favourite amongst cigar aficionados. 

The Quai d'Orsay Capitolio Cigar measures 164 mm in length by 54 ring gauge.

Now aged from 2018 a Must Have for collector.
